Only a few months left of 2024! We are progressing with our expanded 2025 Sports Vouchers program and will be communicating further information in the next update to all registered providers.

2025 Sports Voucher
Attached is the updated 2025 Sports Voucher. Further changes to the look of the voucher will occur prior to 2025 however we appreciate some providers start collecting voucher information/registrations for next year so wanted to make this available now.

Changes:
The question ‘have you used a voucher this calendar year’ has now been removed
The cost of activity field will be mandatory (note: this is the total cost the parent must pay for the child to participate)
The street address field will be mandatory (the suburb can be entered in this field if parents are not comfortable providing this level of detail)

How will the 2 x $100 vouchers work?
Parents will be able to use the 2 x $100 vouchers with the same provider however, for a provider to submit this through to us for processing, it will need to be done as 2 separate claim files (eg: if a child wishes to use 2 x $100 vouchers with the same provider, the provider will upload 2 x claim files with the same child’s data). The existing rules will remain where if a voucher is used for less than $100, the remaining balance will be forfeited (eg: if activity costs/voucher claimed is $70 the $30 balance is forfeited however the child will still have access to the other $100 voucher for the year). There is now an FAQ document on our website to communicate these changes to parents too.

We have commenced work with our software developers to update our system to allow the acceptance of 2 x $100 vouchers per eligible child. Please ensure you discuss any requirements with your software developers or State Sporting Organisations to accommodate these changes to your systems from 1 January. 2024 Claims Cut Off

All 2024 voucher claims must be submitted this calendar year (by 31 December 2024). Extensions will not be granted to ensure a smooth transition to the expanded program from 1 January 2025.
